Responsibilities

- According to product conditions/features, acquire new customers and maintain/expand old customer relationships.
- Collect customer information, feedback on the customer requirements (manage the expectation), integrate company resources to improve the sales process.
- Contribute to the sales plan, contribute to the (customer) project plan, help project manager to get information from/about the customer.
- Actively acquire new customers, build customer relationships, reach sales goals and identify after sales potential.
- Cooperate pre sales and after sales work, make sure to satisfy customer expectation.
- Make sales tasks, lead sales team and fulfill sales tasks
- Sales team management and motivation, guide and train sales technicians.

Requirements

- About or more than 3 years working experience in sales.
- Good on customer communication, strong execution skills and good service attitude. Teamplayer !
- Has rich experience on developing new customers, has good network
- Self motivated. Can work under pressure.
- Direct, can help colleague's work and help company grow and develop.
- Good writing skills and be able to work independently.
